Sydney Tours

Sydney is arguably the most cosmopolitan city in Australia. It has all the benefits of being a big, bustling city, but without the accompanying claustrophobia that can sometimes bring. No, Sydney is different. It is located on the beautiful Sydney Harbour, and not far from downtown you will find some excellent beaches. Not only that, nature lovers need not go far to enjoy a hike or to be surrounded by greenery. There is so much to see and do in this city, it is wise to book one or two Sydney tours to make the most of your time.

Australians are known for their thirst for adventure, and just because you are based in a city like Sydney does not mean you have to skip the whole "pushing the envelope" thing. One of the more popular Sydney tours is a trip to the Skywalk at Sydney Tower - it is the highest spot in the city where you can actually be outdoors instead of enclosed in a building. It is, obviously, not for the faint of heart. Want an exhilerating experience that is not so high in the sky? You can always go shark diving at Oceanworld Manly.

But you do not have to be an extreme sports junkie to find something worth signing up for among the many Sydney tours on offer. In fact, the vast majority of the tours you can book do not involve diving with sharks or walking around on a platform outside a tall building. You can enjoy a leisurely dinner cruise in the Sydney Harbour, take a backstage tour of the famous Sydney Opera House, join a guided tour of Sydney's Taronga Zoo, and even sign up for a day-trip to the nearby (and beautiful) Blue Mountains.

The great thing about the many Sydney tours available is that they allow you to make the most of your time in this fun city without spending a fortune. Sure, you could organize all of these tours and trips yourself, but that might take some time - and that is time you would probably rather spend actually enjoying yourself on vacation rather than planning and organizing. Especially with the day trips to places like the Blue Mountains, signing up for a tour instead of heading out there on your own means you get to enjoy everything about the place without even needing to worry about navigating your way there.
